➤ Here are the steps to follow to install & set the watch face on your watch screen
1. Tap on the “Install on Watch” button in the companion app.
2. The Google Play Store listing will open on your watch device. Tap on “Install”.
• Once the installation is complete and you see the “Uninstall” button you have to search it and set it as your current watch face.
3. Go to the home screen, which displays the current watch face.
• Press and hold the screen until you can select other watch faces.
4. Swipe left until you reach the “Add watch face” screen and tap on it.
• In this gallery, you will find all of your installed watch faces. Search for the RECREATIVE watch face that you have already installed.
• Once you find it, tap on the watch face and ALLOW the application to access sensors data about your vital signs.

The most common reasons for these errors are due to users purchasing apps with an email that is not associated with their watch.
- Use the email linked to your Wear OS watch.
- Confirm your purchase was made with that email.

– Clear the cache of the Google Play Store
– Search for the purchased watch in the transaction history.

- How to set the watch face
After the installation is completed, it needs to be set as the current watch face.

- Installation Methodes
There are 3 methods to install a watch face on a Wear OS watch.
➤ 1st Method (Google Play App – From Mobile)
• Open the Play Store app and select the target device from the drop-down menu. Then, tap on the “Install” button.
• Check your watch device – a download status icon should appear indicating the installation progress.
• Once the watch face is installed, you have to search it and set it as your current watch face.

➤ 2nd Method (Companion App – From Mobile)
• Use the watch face companion app which you have downloaded to your phone. Ensure that your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
• Tap on the “Install on Watch” button in the companion app.
• The Google Play Store listing will open on your watch device. Tap on “Install”.
• Once the installation is complete and you see the “Uninstall” button you have to search it and set it as your current watch face.

➤ 3rd Method (Browser)
• Open a web browser (such as Chrome or Safari) on your PC / Mac / Mobile or access the watch face link. You can search for the watch face on play.google.com or share the link from the Play Store app.

• Click on the “Install on more devices” option and select your watch. If your watch device is not listed, ensure that you are logged in with the account that is associated with your watch.
• Once the watch face is installed, you have to search it and set it as your current watch face.

- Heartbeat – BPM – Issue
You need to give permission to the sensors to display vital signs data.
➤ ISSUE 1: Heart Rate Complication Added Manually by Users Through Customization.
• If the Heart Rate complication is not displaying Heart Rate values and instead shows something like “Heart…” these issues are not caused by RECREATIVE Watch Faces.
• These issues are generated by Samsung Health – the complications of Samsung watches display values incorrectly.
To resolve this, you need to install an application that will display your heart rate values. App Suggestions
➤ ISSUE 2: Default Heart Rate Complication – Complication that is already implemented on the watch.
• Make sure that you have granted permission for sensor usage during the installation of the watch face.
• If it doesn’t show up when you press the icon, switch to a different watch face and return to RECREATIVE-WATCH to enable sensor access by tapping on Heart Rate Icon and allow it to acces sensors data about your vital signs.• To view your current heart rate data you’ll need to take a manual measurement. To do this, TAP on the heart rate display area. - Google Play on Browser
To open Google Play on mobile in a browser, follow these steps.
➤ How to open Google Play on Browser from Mobile
• Open Google Chrome and search for Google Play.
• After the search results are displayed, press and hold the widget where Google Play is displayed. A list with multiple options will appear. From that list, click on Preview Page.
It is important not to click directly on Google Play text, as you will be redirected directly to the app.
• Google Play will open in the browser version and then you need to Log in on the Google Account that is synced with your watch.
• Once you have completed all of these steps, click on the “Search” icon and search for the RECREATIVE watch face.
